FREE SHIPPING. NATIONWIDE.

Every BOMBÉ order ships free within the Philippines. There is no minimum spend.

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, or events outside our reasonable control.

International shipping is available only to destinations enabled at checkout.

The currently supported destinations are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.

The international shipping rate and any available delivery estimate are shown at checkout for your destination. Delivery timing varies by destination, courier, and customs processing. We do not publish a universal international delivery promise until it is operationally verified.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or courier, unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included or prepaid.

When tracking is available, we’ll send the details to the contact information provided with your order after dispatch.

CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Contact us through our contact page as soon as possible if something needs changing. Once an order enters fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER

If your order arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, contact us through our contact page with your order number and clear photos of the piece and packaging. BOMBÉ will cover reasonable shipping when we sent the wrong item, the piece arrived damaged, or a manufacturing fault is verified.
