International shipping is available to supported destinations. Shipping is shown at checkout, along with an estimate when one is available.

International duties, taxes and customs charges are yours unless checkout says they're included or prepaid.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

For eligible pieces, you've got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange them.

Keep them unworn, unused and in their BOMBÉ packaging.

For a change-of-mind return, you cover return shipping. For a change-of-mind exchange, you cover return shipping and shipping for the replacement. Exchange stock isn't guaranteed.

EARRINGS ARE DIFFERENT.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale for change of mind.

That doesn't apply if they arrive damaged, wrong or not as they should be, or where consumer law gives you a right that can't be waived.

If we sent the wrong item, your piece arrived damaged, or something's wrong with how it was made, we cover reasonable return and replacement shipping.

Once we receive and approve a return, we process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little longer.

Your BOMBÉ piece is backed for 12 months from delivery with proof of purchase.

This covers problems caused by how the piece was made or put together.

It doesn't cover:

• everyday wear
• scratches
• gradual changes to the finish
• accidental damage
• loss
• misuse
• improper storage
• damage caused by care outside our recommendations

It is made to be worn.

A little care helps keep it looking its best.

PERFUME FIRST. JEWELRY LAST.

Let perfume, toner, skincare, lotions and cosmetics dry before putting your jewelry on.

Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wear.

Normal water exposure is okay for the waterproof PVD coating.

But seawater, chlorine, toner, harsh chemicals and prolonged chemical exposure can affect the finish over time.

If wet, dry fully before storing.

Store pieces separately where possible to reduce scratching.

Avoid abrasive polishing cloths, harsh jewelry cleaners, and metal polish intended for solid gold or silver.
