Welcome to BOMBÉ. These Terms of Service govern your use of wearbombe.com and purchases of BOMBÉ products.

“BOMBÉ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ELITELEGANTE LTD, trading as BOMBÉ, 182 High Street North, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. Contact us through our contact page or hello@wearbombe.com.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and terms shown at checkout.

1. SHOPPING WITH BOMBÉ

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase contract in your jurisdiction, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Order information must be complete, current, and accurate.

2. PRODUCTS

We work to present each piece accurately. Screens, lighting, and photography may cause slight appearance differences. Availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms permits goods materially different from what was advertised or ordered; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. MATERIALS & CARE

Product pages state materials, finishes, dimensions, and care information verified for the applicable piece. We do not make durability, skin-sensitivity, waterproof, tarnish-free, or similar claims unless reasonably supported for that product. Jewelry naturally experiences wear. Follow BOMBÉ care guidance.

4. PRICES

Prices appear in the applicable market currency where available and may differ between markets. We may change prices, but not for an order already accepted. If an obvious pricing or listing error is found before acceptance or dispatch, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order and issue any amount due.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for product unavailability, failed payment verification, a clear listing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, or legal restrictions. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, the amount due will be returned to the original payment method.

You must provide valid and authorized payment information. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs changing. Once fulfilment begins or an order is dispatched, we may be unable to change or stop it. Later cancellations or returns follow our Return and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

7. SHIPPING

Every BOMBÉ order ships free within the Philippines with no minimum spend. The standard Philippine delivery estimate is 3–5 business days after dispatch. International shipping is available only to destinations enabled at checkout, and the applicable rate is shown there.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar destination-country or courier charges, unless checkout expressly states they are included or prepaid.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unused, in original condition and BOMBÉ packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Earrings are final sale for change of mind, but not where damaged, affected by a verified manufacturing fault, incorrect, or protected by a consumer-law right that cannot be waived.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer pays both return shipping and shipping for the replacement item. Exchange stock is not guaranteed.

After a return is received and approved, BOMBÉ will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time before funds appear.

10. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR FAULTY ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or has a suspected manufacturing fault, contact us promptly through our contact page with the order number and clear photos where reasonably possible.

When BOMBÉ sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or a manufacturing fault is verified, BOMBÉ will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping and provide the appropriate remedy under our policies and applicable law.

11. 12-MONTH BOMBÉ WARRANTY

The 12-Month BOMBÉ Warranty applies to pieces purchased new from BOMBÉ, requires proof of purchase, and covers verified manufacturing faults affecting construction or function for 12 months from delivery.

It does not cover normal wear, scratches, gradual finish wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper storage, or damage caused by care outside BOMBÉ’s recommendations. This commercial warranty is in addition to statutory consumer rights.

12. PROMOTIONS & GIFTS

Promotions, bundles, gifts, early access, and limited releases may have eligibility, minimum purchase, geographic, time, or inventory conditions shown with the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Complimentary extras have no cash redemption value unless sold separately.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BOMBÉ name, logos, monograms, product names, campaign concepts, photographs, videos, graphics, packaging, copy, layouts, and other original content are owned by or licensed to BOMBÉ. Personal shopping use does not grant permission to reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, imitate, modify, or commercially exploit that material.

14. REVIEWS & SUBMITTED CONTENT

When content is submitted through a feature clearly intended for publication, you confirm you have the right to submit it and it is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing. Simply tagging BOMBÉ on social media does not give us unrestricted ownership of your content.

15. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious code, impersonation, unreasonable scraping, checkout or promotion abuse, or intellectual-property infringement.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third parties for ecommerce hosting, payments, analytics, delivery, communications, and other functions. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean BOMBÉ controls or endorses everything on that site.

17. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in connection with the store.

18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep wearbombe.com available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily restrict features for maintenance, security, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOMBÉ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction, or loss caused solely by customer misuse, inaccurate customer information, unauthorized modification, or events outside our reasonable control.

20. CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms do not remove any cancellation, refund, replacement, repair, warranty, legal-guarantee, or other consumer right that applicable law says cannot be waived. Where mandatory law provides greater rights, that law applies.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory protections available under the laws of a customer’s place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

22. CHANGES & SEVERABILITY

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
